Volunteers:

The great workings of The Salvation Army cannot perform these marvelous works without the assistance of those of several different denominations. Volunteering is one way you or your community organization can help. There is a constant need not only for funding to support our community, but a need for volunteers as well.

Volunteers are always needed for various positions; you can volunteer for one hour, one day or more.

There are several types of positions to volunteer for including:
1) Soup Kitchen volunteers all year long
2) Bell Ringing volunteers (individual or groups)
3) Teachers for English
4) Teachers for sewing classes
5) Driver’s for “Kids to Camp”

Most volunteer positions require no experience.

We strongly urge you to give the gift of time to our community. You will be helping someone you might know, or see on the street. It’s an extremely rewarding way to spend your time.
